2 PROBLEMS - FRAME AND REMOTE NOT WORKING

PROBLEM #1 Screen says "PC conection established. Remote in temporaly inoperative". Remote does not work at all.

PROBLEM #2: Cannot get any pictures to show on frame. have moved a picture to the internal memory and have pushed all the buttons on the frame (since the remote does not work) and nothing happens. Please, someone help. This was a gift for my father and I would like to set it up for him. Thanks. Pattie
