Question about Acer 22" X223w LCD Monitor
This happened to me after updating Adobe Flash.
A system restore got rid of them, but they have now recurred after a Windows update.

Monitor connections must not only be plugged in, but also screwed firmly into place. then press the screen refresh button..that should do it
