Question about LG Refrigerators
Mine has just started doing this too.
Within a week I get a massive chunk of ice form in the bottom of the freezer and also pools of water at the same time - these seem to be coming out of the opening door side - not the hinge side.
Door seal seems fine.
I would check if the cooling coils and drain in the freezer are frozen. Thaw this ice, especially the ice in the drain. If it happens again within a few days, you need to investigate the defrosting circuit.
