Question about Oakley Thump MP3 Player
I have a Oakley Thump pro. When I plug it to the computer, the computer doesn't recognize it and a red light is flashing. I did an update, I used different USB cables, I cleaned the connectors but nothing works.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Check to make sure you are using the USB cable that came with them. Although other cables plug in they create the problem you have. I have had a similar experience.

If you cannot get the unit toturn on try resetting them by holding down the play/pause button and the previous song/rewind button at the same time and after it resets if it still does not work you might have to go on oakleys website and update the software/firmware but this will delete your playlist. Hope this helps.

While I did try to locate this myself, your best bet is to call the company. There are listings for store locations also.

Through your computer, it is recognized like a flash drive, plug it in, and then add, delete, organize folders etc.
