Question about Televison & Video
My young son seemed to lean with both hands on the tv remote tonight and now the tv appears to be locked in 4:3 zoom. I can get into the menu and change the zoom to panoramic etc but the actual picture doesn't change, its as if its locked or something? has anyone has a similar problem? or can anyone help me get it fixed. The TV is a 32 inch LCD Acoustic Solutions TV.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: No Picture on Viewsonic TV
That is a coincidence. My tv went out the same night. But mine wont even turn on at all. So far I have had no luck finding anyone to repair it. Let me know if you figure something out and I will do the same.

You would look for a format button on your remote.
Dish Network: bottom left the asterisk "*" button
DirecTV: top left, second from the top labelled "format"
Cable remote: look for format, zoom, or aspect ratio
Pressing this button should scroll you through the options.

in this case i have to know if your tuner is working fine or not. First of all i like you to connect any external player Exp. DVD or blue-ray player if that works with audio then it is inverter board. if audio doesn't work then its main board. Also you will find out that if dvd is working fine on your tv than your tv setting is wrong or the tunes is dead. either way if tuner is gone then you have to change the main board. Either way let me know what went wrong i can provide you more information about what part need and where can you get it from.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Also rate me if you like this post.
