Question about Garmin nuvi 200W GPS Receiver
The Garmin security lock consists of two parts - the PIN number itself and your Safe Location. When you set the security up on the unit you have to enter a PIN of your choice and then set the security location.
This is the secret - if you can remember and bring your Garmin to the exact security location that you set up initially you can reactivate the unit from that location and then reset the PIN or turn the security feature off.
Because this PIN is written in non volatile memory there is no way to 'hack the unit' and it cannot simply be connected to a computer for example and reprogrammed by such a method.
Therefore - if you cannot remember your safe location you will have to send the unit back to Garmin for it to be reflashed by specialised equipment. Be aware they may also require a receipt as proof of ownership owing to stringent security on these units.

Well first of all you can try to reset you navi....... just press on the upper right side of screen and then power on the unit while continuing to press on the upper right of the screen. if further you have the same problem then you need to contact your dealer.
Note. resetting the gps will remove all the data from your GPS.
