Epson Rx420

Hi

When printing from the computer only half of the image/a4 text gets printed on the right hand side the left hand side is totally blank.......

i have cleaned heads and performed all the necessary configs within the program - i have even reloaded the software.

printer is epson rx 420
computer is Hp dimension 5000 - OS winXP

problem has started this week

any ideas?

Click Start - Printers and faxes

Right click on the printer icon and select properties.

Click on Advanced tab. Enable the option print directly to printer.

Click apply n OK.

Check for the result.
