Assuming you have a Windows rig:
Right click on the start button and select Explorer.
Now simply plug in the flash drive into one of the available USB ports.
Pay attention to the letters on the directory tree.
A new letter should appear with the flash drive name.
I usually change the volume name to something easily recognized:
a. MemStick
b. FlashDrive
You get the idea. :)
Now select the files you wish copied to the flash drive.
You have more than one way to accomplish this task.
1. Drag and drop the files to the Flash drive
or
2. Select the files then Edit Copy from the tool bar. Then click
on the flash drive and then Edit Paste from the tool bar.
Viola files should now be on your flash drive.
Make sure you wait for the drive light on the flash drive to stop flashing.
Pulling it out too early will cause corruption and this is not pretty.
good luck!
First connect your flash drive to computer usb port.
Then open my computer you find your flash drive as removable storage.
Then open it and minimize.
Then select files which you want to copy then copy and then again maximize flash drive then paste files there.
Let me know if you need more assistance.
Thanks.

Does more than one person use your computer and do you have separate identities. When you sign on, do you choose your identity? You will need to go to
start
control panel
user accounts and see who the administrator is
Changes can be made here, but the administrator has to make them
Good luck.
