SOURCE: Replaced carb on Redmax Model

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly,

What your describing is the lack of fuel. Check your tank pick up tube for blockage. Tank pick up tube filters are known to cause problems. Also make sure none of your fuel lines are cracked / split at the connecting fittings. If the feul lines are questionable... just replace them. You can get the hose in bulk at any lawnmower supply source then cut to length. If your sure you have good fuel flow then dial in the carb settings. Your replacement carb should be the HDA-80B.
The manual for the HDA-80B is here:
http://wem.walbro.com/distributors/servicemanuals/HDAseries.pdf

However depending upon parts source it may list the WT-252-1 as the replacement carb.
http://wem.walbro.com/distributors/servicemanuals/WTseries.pdf

What you should do is attempt adjustment.
First start with the L screw... and make screw driver blade width adjustments until the unit no longer hesitates when the throttle is advance.
Then adjust the H screw at MAX throttle until your can get max engine speed.
After that re-check the L setting by advanging the throttle rapidly. If you experience hesitation re-adjust the L screw.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

93 plymouth voyager 3.3 has spark and gas but won't start

Had the same problem with my 91 Voyager, just died, it would only start with the peddle floored and then sputter like it was missing or not getting fuel before dying. Went thru everything, ended up being a plugged cat. Popped it loose enough to allow blow by and it started right up.

Brinks model 7236 will not light

Reviews on this product are low and say same thing you are experiencing.
That the light stops working, and will not work again.
Take the unit back to retailer and get money back.
Most electrical devices come with 1 year limited warranty.

Many of these outdoor lights today are now being made of plastic.
I have no idea why manufacturer's make a product that will not stand up to a windstorm.

I suggest a metal die-cast outdoor light fixture:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0013B1XQK/?tag=waterheaterti-20

Read product description, and look for die-cast, metal housing etc, and look carefully if the light is made of plastic.

Printer makes rapid, sharp snaping sounds just before and sometimes after printing.

It's a sign of a dying printer. My guess is that it is a plastic gear skipping or missing teeth. I've had several inkjet printers with this issue, but how long it will continue to work after hearing this can't be gauged.I had one printer that lasted almost 2 years after it began to "snap"... Another printer died in just a few weeks. What will end up happening is the printer will most likely throw an error up, and that's when it's toast. If it were a more expensive printer, it might be worth fixing, but this model can be purchased for less than $80.

There's a reason those printers are only $60 - $80. For your next printer, I suggest reading a LOT of online user reviews, especially if you are going to go cheap. There's nothing wrong with going cheap, but you have to be even more careful. When I buy printers, I even read the reviews for the ink cartridges it takes, just to see how long they really last.

clean the iac, and then replace it. if its bad. check vacuum lines and run some good injector fluid in tank, maybe the injectors are clogging up. but clean iac first to see if this takes care of problem.

Missing operators manual for Evinrude 2 hp outboard motor

Your best bet is ebay for a replacement user manual. Take a look around, you will come across one... For the meantime, gas oil ratio should be 50 parts gas to 1 part oil, i.e. 50:1. General care: Dont go full throttle for any length of time. Cruise of 3/4 throttle... Always flush engine after use in saltwater, including washing down exterior. Keep spark plugs in good order and check prop for fishing line wrapped around in near the prop hub. Otherwise, get a yearly service and have them check the water pump and replace as needed, get it tuned etc and gearbox oil changed.

Lg phone stopped reading SD card

Hi Archie Bald,

I know it's been 2 years, so I'm posting this for anyone with an LG.
Unfortunately, this is an ongoing problem with several of their models. To boot, cell phones in general seem to be produced today with a minimum of QC; models change so quickly, they really don't care about refining any one model. To make matters worse, I've owned several other LG products, 2 of which died on days 32 and 33 - after the return policy. Today none of my LG products work - indeed the longest lasting product got just over a year. While my experience may be bad luck, it's hard to call it that when it spans several of their products; indeed, some family members have had similar results. My current EnvTouch is my 5th swap-out. The longest lasting one was 34 days. Most people would say that at least the refurbs should be better... Not so for me, as 3 of them were refurbs. Touchscreen problems, sd card reader did what yours did, and the battery won't hold a charge overnight, and some genius engineer thought a quick-lock key combo wouldn't be necessary - so now it calls people in my case all by itself. IDIOTS. The p.o.s. is 6 months old.

Bottom line: RUN, don't walk - away from LG, forever and always... and remember that FTC Consumer Sentinel is your friend - file a complaint.
