Not only clean out your lint filter the regular way but you should check to see that it is not actually blocked even though it doesn't appear to be to the naked eye.

People have posted online elsewhere that if you use dryer sheets (like Bounce), a solid film can accumulate on your lint filter screen that you won't notice with a casual glance. This film will cut air flow to your dryer's vent tremendously and can cause problems, the least of which is clothes that won't dry and the worst being resulting in a fire situation.

The test is to take your lint filter over to your sink and try running some water through it. If the water flows through just fine, then your filter isn't clogged. If it doesn't, you need to wash and scrub that invisible film away with a brush and some dishwashing liquid or something like Clorox Clean-up. Then check again to see if water will flow through the newly-scrubbed filter without problems.

It's also advisable to let the lint filter screen dry thoroughly before replacing it in the dryer and drying a load to prevent additional caked-on lint problems.
If dryer softening sheets are used (such as Bounce) then the dryer filter must be periodically washed. Dryer sheets form a solid film over the mesh filter preventing air flow. Try running water over the filter and if the water does not penetrate, wash with a brush and a cleaning liquid (Clorox Clean-up) until water flows freely through the filter.

Kenmore Stackable washer/dryer Model #11088752793, won't heat

Hi,
Either the elements have blown, or it could be a device called a thermal overload which has popped. (There may also be a loose wire which connects to the heating elements). Have your drier checked out by a good handyman or technician.
Best wishes,

Dryer spins but does not dry clothes

It may not be your heating element. Your dryer lint vent pipe out the back of the machine or maybe out the side may be plugged. You have to pull the machine out and clear that pipe or rebuild it out to a soffit vent or static vent if it is in the attic, or out through your crawl space. This will make a huge difference. If that hot air and moisture doesn't get out of the machine it just goes back into your clothes.
Good luck!!

It takes a long time to dry a load of clothes

sounds as if you may have an issue with a blocked/clogged ventin, perhaps wher it leaves the home, a unit that is not able to expell the heat will tend to not dry the clothes properly, 2-3x to dry a good sign of venting issue

Burnt lines

Your problem is a bad rear drum seal-if these become worn, torn, or missing close can get caught torn or discolored in the space between the clothes drum and rear of the dryer. Replace the rear drum seal.
