SOURCE: Windows 7 doesn't read my Dynex usb 2.0 card reader

1. You have to see if the program is compatible with the Windows 7 operating system.
this is possibly due to drivers that the Windows 7 doesn't have in the "cab" files.
this manufacturer of the Dynex is your next step for a Windows 7 driver set.

SOURCE: i have a dynex usb mini memory card reader/writer

Plug the dynex card reader into your PC, insert the supported memory card type in the device. the computer creates a removable disk you can access from Start->Computer and then it will be listed as probably an E:\ or an F:\ or similar. Double click on the drive and then you can copy and paste anything you want into or out of it.

Most USB media card readers are plug and play. Plug into USB port, insert media (SD card, or whatever) and it will come up in Windows explorer as a drive and/or will bring up a box giving you options of what you'd like to do.

I need to know how to use the Sandisk card reader. can u give me instructions?

You should be able to plug the device in. Most operating systems will recognize the device and treat it as new hard drive.

Are you getting a request for a driver? If so, first let Windows look for the driver.

Memory Card

Do you have the driver utility cd for your card? try installing the driver from that even if it is not a windows 7 driver. You can always get an external card reader with usb interface if all fails.

Is there a driver to allow sony micro vault 2.0gb on win 98?

Specs say it is compatible with Windows 98 SE. Also says no drivers are needed for it. Make sure your plug 'n play is enabled on your computer. Once it is enabled just plug the drive in & Win 98SE should install it. If it does not work then try a different usb port as maybe a port is bad. Hope this helps.
