Probably the magnetron. check for warranty on it otherwise it's too costly to repair.

GE Microwave JVM1540LM2CS Doesn't Heat

The turntable and the magnetron are two separate items and one should not impact the other. Since the other items are working it is doubtful that the fuse is bad. Also you need to know that the proper way to work on a microwave requires the use of special equipment to check for microwave leakage, it is not recommended to service them yourself.

Power is on and all seems to be functioning except just today it does not seems to generate any heat. Any item placed in the microwave remains cold.

The most likely problem is the magnetron, also the high voltage capacitor and diode can be a factor. If the magnetron proves to be the issue you are further ahead replacing the microwave oven.

please if there is no disconnection in it then it means that the element has gone bad then you will have to make a change of it with a better one you can get it in the store

You can still use it, but must be aware that this is a relatively high power microwave, so food will burn if it isn't turned.

Ge jvm1870 it won't heat anything, all other items work

Ok, if this unit has stopped heating, this will confirm a major fault within the Magnetron. this device is responsible for the heating affect and, you will need to replace this damaged part in order to restore proper heating functions in you microwave oven.

No Heat

Most likely is the magnetron that failed. This is very common problem with microwaves.
Check the user manual under warranty, sometimes the magnetron has 5 years warranty.
