Turn off your camera and remove the batteries.
Wait about 30 seconds and then reinsert the batteries. Turn the camera on. If you still get the message, you should probably call Casio.
It's a pretty new camera so assuming it is under warranty, I would call Technical Support first. You can reach them @ 1-800-435-7732 .
If they say it should be sent in for repair, you can reach them @ 1-800-706-2534

This trouble maybe power supply or inverter boards is defective.
