Question about ASUS Eee 4G Notebook
I have Asus Eee PC 701 notebook
On the left top corner of the LCD display I have a region of dead (black) piksels which groving up day by day, and on this location I cant see anything. Why this happen, and what can I do about this occurrence?
Your screen is probably delaminating and as it seperates, the lcd inner panel is failing. The screen is going to have to be replaced, they should not be serviced, the bezel on the lid has to be removed and the screen panel replaced. Here is a service manual for the notebook. The below guide takes a few minutes to load because of the pictures, but well worth it.
