Bluetooth & sound

Generally, connecting phones via bluetooth to a laptop just allows for file transfer between the two devices. It is not to input sound from the phone through the speakers of the laptop. You would need a bluetooth audio device for that such as bluetooth speakers or headphones

My headset bluetooth BH-M18 does not connect to my laptop ASUS

If a 64 bit driver exists, I would first try the headset companies site for a 64 bit driver for bluetooth. May be that it is made for a 16 bit and 32 bit bluetooth system tho. You can also try these special driver scanners to see if one is available:
Driver Genius, Driver Magician, Driver Scanner, Driver Finder and Driver Checker. These will scan your computer and tell you which ones you need and allow you to download them if there were any ever made for 64 bit Operating System. Hope that helps. <:0)

I recently bought a wireless headset H580( managed to connect it to the pc but i cant receive any music from the laptop yet it shows on the laptop that it is connected.can some one help on this...

This headset is specifically made for mobile phones and tablets but should also work with computers and laptops with Bluetooth. Make sure you have the latest Bluetooth driver installed for your laptop and try to remove the device from the "Devices and Printers" menu on control panel and re-add it. It could also be an issue with which playback device windows is using. If that's the case right-click on the volume icon on your task-bar and click on "Playback devices" and select your headset.

I want to connect my bluetooth headset to laptop

To connect your bluetooth headset to your laptop, make sure that :

1. The bluetooth service is running on your Windows-based PC. This is the program called "Bthprop". Find it in the Control Panel

2. Run the software CD that came with your bluetooth headset, or download the software from the manufacturer's website.

Hope that helps!

I am trying to pair my Motorola Bluetooth H670 to my HP Pavilion dv6000. Not working!

I am afraid, it is not possible because the built-in bluetooth module does not support A2DP protocol which is required to work with your Bluetooth headset. Hence, as an alternate option, purchase USB bluetooth dongle which will resolve the issue.

How to stop sound from laptop when head set is connected?

The sound should automatically only come from the headset when its connected to the sound plug, if you are using a bluetooth headset or similiar, you may have to mute the computer speaker but keep the sound on the headset.

If you need further assistance please post me the brand and model of your laptop and details about your headset.

H350 bluetooth headset can't connect to laptop any solution connect to a motorola bluetooth headset how do I get my Motorola H350 bluetooth earpiece to work with my laptop?

Do you have the Jabra bluetooth part that goes into your computer? You have to go to your phone settings under bluetooth and make it sync up. Your phone will sync, not your headset. You are trying to sync the wrong thing.

Setting up a bluetooth headset to my aspire 9500 notebook

you need to install first the bluetooth software on your PC, then create a connection via the console of the bluetooth program, activate your headset then go to your bluetooth software on the PC, then scan for bluetooth device, once the device is found, choose the headset icon, and set the settings to your liking.
