The filter tube is clogged , I know it takes time but use either damp rag over filter holes or try blowing into holes I find gently tapping and blowing help also swifter dusting cloth helps unclog it

However this can be a problem:There could be a clog in the hose or the bag/tank may be full and need to be replaced or emptied. Also, check the belt to see if it is worn or broken, if it's defective replace it.7_28_2012_10_15_39_am.jpg

Not picking stuff up and no suction in hose as well, suction sounds good until you go to vaccuum floor

Because this unit is bagless there are more gaskets to seal the suction portion of the vac. you are most likely missing a seal, can you remove the basket and place your hand near the suction on the vacuum? it is shielded so you wont lose fingers. if there is suction there, look at the bottom of the basket for a gasket, same for the top

Dirt is picking up but not going in to the dirt cup

Hi there SmartAlec from NelsonVacuums.com.au here. Sounds like an obstruction to me (ie a blockage somewhere). Start by taking off the hose and testing to see if you have suction where the hose attatches. If you do have suction put the hose back on and feel it as if you are going to vacuum the couch, if you have lost suction you must have an obstruction in the hose which has to be removed. The other likely place to look is under the machine behind the brush.
Hope this helps - Happy Vacuuming ! :)
If not send me a message and ill try and help you further!.

No suction with attatchments

if you have cleaned all the filters, there are two you need to wash and the hepa on the back may need to be changed, but the hose is probablly clogged. You can usually remove the hose ( twist it where the hose connects to the machine ) and use a broom stick to try and push the clog out.

Kirby sentria

you have to make sure the green light is on.. in the corner .. and if it is that means its working properly. If you have no suction then it is usually the belt and or the bag. so make sure your bag is not full , make sure everything is attatched properly and the green light is on.... The Kirby is the best vac out there and little suction should never be a issue for us.. I am a proud owner of the sentria..Love it..

Hair gets stuck in upper filter basket instead of going into the lower basket that you are supposed to empty. It is a Bissell 37604 Lift-Off Revolution Pet Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner

Check both filters. If one or other is increasingly dirty, wash or clean it out. Also check the air waves leading to the bagless bin canister part. If one air way is blocked the remaining dirt will try and access the bin other way due to the natural vacuum suction aspect.
