Question about HP Pavilion a620n (PC028A) PC Desktop
Its a HW problem> u need to open up the side panel> Disconnect the ATX connector(that's the thickest bunch of power cable with a 20 pin white connector on the motherboard)> if the light at the back is steady the motherboard has gone bad> if its off the power supply has gone bad

Here is the link to testing HP power supplies but the blinking light usually means that the power supply is dead.
