Look in the 14x14 hole the ac sets on. See the openings, those are where the air flows through the ceiling. If you block those off you will not get air. The air box kit is for ducted air. If you notice it will direct air to the ceiling ducts.
Thanks for using Fixya

First clean the condensor with air blower or water pump and clean the filters. If the same problem persists there is a choke up in the refrigeration piping, cut from the discharge side and suction side flush the system with nitrogen, replace the filter drier and choked capillary if it is a capillary system, brace back the discharge and suction piping to the compressor again, leak test with nitrogen, evacuate the system charge refrigerant and start the system.

The heater should be in the opening high enough to allow cover to be back on as it was. Please double check your mounting instructions.

You need to borrow a clamp on style amp gauge, and check amp draw on black wire in box where hydro wires connect. (PLEASE, be careful, and if not experienced in this type of test, don't try it, due to likelihood of getting a shock. ) If it's the compressor kicking in that's causing the breaker to trip, and capacitor is good, then it's usually a problem with either low incoming (supply) 110-120 AC voltage, which will cause high amperage draw, or compressor on it's way out causing high amp draw. If it's only drawing 15-18 amps, and your tripping a 20 amp breaker, then breaker is getting weak.
