Question about Audio Players & Recorders
When i put my mp3 into my computer it doesnt show and wehn i try to go to the 'my computer' it freezes up
It has probably been fried you could try one of the HDD recovery tools on the internet but in simple terms even if the light is on but the PC's USB hub can't see the device you have a big problem.
Check out Nirsofts USBDeview and remove all the instances of your MP3 drivers and try again with pluging in the MP3 player after a restart if this fails then all might be lost.
I hope this helps, the best thing about this free software is that it will tell you if it is safe to remove the device before stopping it on the taskbar, if your MP3 wasn't this might be why it failed.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
