You need to find out if youre having a network problem or if your copiers nic has failed. Start by getting a cross over cable and connecting your pc directly to your copier, then try pinging it with the ip address of the copier. this will at least let you know if the nic of the copier is functioning and that you have a good ip address
Wireless problems with a Packard Bell PC or laptop can be caused by a variety of issues.
The best troubleshooting resources are the documentation that came supplied with the computer, and the Support section of the Packard Bell website.
Unable To Detect Wireless Network
If the Packard Bell machine is unable to detect a wireless network, the computer itself or the network could be at fault.
Check that a wireless signal is being broadcast via another PC or device, and check that are wireless adapter is installed, complete with the latest drivers, which are available at the Packard Bell website.
Unreliable Wireless Network
If the wireless connection is unreliable, intermittent or very slow, it suggests a problem with the Wi-Fi broadcast.
Try positioning the computer closer to the router broadcasting the wireless signal, or use a signal booster to improve the range.
Download and install the latest driver updates from the Packard Bell website and through the Windows Update tool.
Unable To Connect To Wireless Network
If the computer can detect the network but is unable to connect to it, a network security key may be required. This should have been configured by the person who set up the network. Consult the documentation that came with your router for details of how to change it or generate a new key.
Hope this helps
