Have new Gateway computer, cannot get printer to work. "Thunking spooler APIS from 32 to 64 Process is not responding?"
There is a virus problem or The OS problem check the virus status and if there is no virus reinstall your OS

Go into "printers and faxs",delete your printer and then reinstall it . It should be "plug and play"if not you will have to use your disc or let "windows" search for a driver.
