IN my computer sometimes DVD/CD-ROM drive is not displaying in my computer and device manager when this problem occurred computer processing will be very slow. my cd tray does not come out.please solve this problem.I have done scan for hardware changes in device manager. I have also done removal of upper and lower files in registry editor but the problem is remain same.please provide me a better solution. thank you.
