Question about Electrolux Washing Machines
I have a zanussi zwf1111w washing machine that is about 3 years old and has stopped spinning. The machine still fills with water and drains ok. When empty the drum requires pressure to turn it manually since the machine stopped working (compared to turning easily previously). I would like advice as to whether it is worth calling someone out to look at at the problem or if this will work out too costly.
I had the same problem last year with a different model. I called a tech out to look at it, it was the belt, and was told because of the cheap parts that these newer machines come with, it was going to cost me almost as much as a new machine. My advice would be to call someone out that would check it for you, for free, then see what he says.
