Question about AT&T Cell Phones
HI If you are asking for pin contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin . If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim.
Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.
Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.
There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give it nobody else in this world nor any software.

SOURCE: UNBLOCK MY PUK CODE
PUK is Personal Unblocking Code. You can't get it here. Every sim has a different PUK code for it. Your mobile operator may help you in this problem. Contact them.

SOURCE: UNBLOCK MY PUK CODE
Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.
2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
Please also remember to give this solution a FixYa! rating if it helps you.

Hi what the PUK code is is its the security for the sim card and all you need to do is contact your service provider and give them the phone number or sim card number off the back of the sim card and tell them you need a PUK code, they will tell you the code over the phone for free and this will then let you use that sim card in your phone.
the other option you have is to go and get another sim card thats accepted by your phone if your phone only works with one network then you need to get a sim card for that network, the phone should then not ask for the PUK code but if it does just call the service provider and ask them for it, they wont charge for this and it will then solve your problem
