The bearing oil seal has probably broken down, black greasy marks are a giveaway.

Washing machine keeps leaving marks on my clothes after washing is finished

If it is a top loader and the marks are black it is an indication the transmission seal in the center shaft is leaking. That is also stating you are getting water in the transmission. It would be a relative expensive repair, consider replacing the unit. If it is a front loader I have no idea.

Dryer is leaving black, grease-like marks

I know, this is a common problem with side loaders. I have an old fashioned top loader myself to avoid this trouble. First check that the seals on the door haven't come loose (around the glass window). Keep the seals cleaned out regularly, so grimy, icky, muck doesn't build up inside. When the unit is not in use, leave the door opened!

This will allow unwanted moisture to escape instead of building up in the dryer, to smelly muck.

It probably smells pretty bad too.

Hopefully this will fix your problem.

If left untreated to long this can be a very hard problem to fix. However fortunately it sounds like your unit is still under warranty. If the above fixes don't work, I would seriously recommend you have your unit professionally serviced and cleaned.

Too many clothes in the load , reduce by 25%

Switch to an old fashioned soap powder that has more agents in it to help it dissolve

Black oil or grease on clothes after washing

is you machine a top loader or front loader? if its a front loader the black marks could be from the boot. WIpe the boot with a good cleaner. and try not to over load machine. and if it a top loader your transmission is probably leaking oil back into clothes tub. You could have it rebuilt $$$ or better replace the machine.
