Question about Canon imageRUNNER 2270 Copier
Our company has two Canon Imagerunners 2270, one at corp in Jacksonville, another in Tampa. We are currently installing MSGP 10.0 with Printboss as a snapin that is 'suppoded to' intecept ourbound printjobs and detect by entry if an email address exists for your 'send to' and direct it accordingly. Here is the question... does the Canon 'Mailbox' actually have a physical email address? I know we can scan to the mailboxes from our machine in Jax, but will we be able to actually 'email into that mailbox' via Outlook comparable to any other outbound email? Mark
I know that "Mailbox" on Canon copiers is used just for storage personal scans and modify.
You can try to send an email to canon address, see what happened.
For your question, i don't know it is possible. In this case Canon copier should be an email server.
