With your PC on and OS ready, Left click Start button,
left click control panel, Left click system, right click
open, left click Device Manager, and find CD/DVD drive.
You should find a question mark if this is disabled.
Point your mouse to CD/DVD right click to open. Click
enable to correct the defect. Send an e-mail is this work, or not so we can help you.
