Are there any sounds like beeps with it? Most likely a hardware issue however, you need to contact support for troubleshooting as without having a one on one conversation it will be hard to rule things out

Packard Bell Easynote M5255 - Will not boot up
option f2, go into bios setup and see if the hard drive is listed or detected. Auto detect hard drive save and exit. System will reboot if the same error occurs then the hard drive master boot record is probably corrupt or the hard drive has totally failed.
