Question about Heating & Cooling

I have just replaced my HVAC Control board &

I have just replaced my HVAC Control board & I'm not getting and power throught the board to my thermostat. Also I'm getting a flashing code in the board thats not related to my HVAC unit. Orginial Board # 50A55-571, Replacement Board 50-A55-843. Instructions state the new board replaces the old one. Flashing Code is 5 flashes meaning ''open rollout switch. My unit doesn't have rollout switch. I have a American Standard, model # CUB100A948C1. They give you a jumper wire for the 12 pin connector if your unit is a Trane for the rollout switch. I tried that and still the same code and unit won't run. Thermostat blank and the fan just runs constantly while the board flashes 5 times. I feel I'm missing something like a jumper wire or ??? any suggestions?

Once you have installed the jumper, you will need to kill power to the furnace for about a minute to reset the board. Make sure the the jumper is making good contact. Sometimes they appear to be plugged in but still are not making contact.

See ign fuse 3--40 amp toward the right, in power distribution center under the hood, it sends voltage to blower motor control module. The two fuses toward the left, among other places, sends voltage to hvac control module. I looked up info for automatic hvac. Are there any applicable hvac trouble codes? At the moment, I can't rule out the blower motor itself?

HVAC Control Module
The HVAC control module is a class 2 device that interfaces between the operator and the HVAC system to maintain air temperature and distribution settings. The battery positive voltage circuit provides power that the control module uses for keep alive memory (KAM). If the battery positive voltage circuit loses power, all HVAC DTCs and settings will be erased from KAM. The body control module (BCM), which is the vehicle mode master, provides a device on signal. The control module supports the following features:

I am installing a S1-43101972100 control board to replace Evcon 2702-310/A. Where do I connect the M1 wire from the blower motor and where do I connect the COM & 24VAC wire on this board?

There is a wiring harness for this conversion. i have included a link to a source. It may be difficult to find a schematic to make this conversion and safer to use the harness. Control Board S1 43101972100

HVAC Blower stopped working

The fuse you replaced powers the hvac control. The run relay is powered by a 30amp fuse in the fuse box near the battery.
Is the relay getting power from that 30amp fuse ?

Blower fan only works on high

CHECK THE HVAC CTRL FUSE.

WITH A TEST LIGHT CHECK THE BLOWER RESISTOR FOR POWER ON THE YELLOW, TAN, PURPLE, AND LIGHT BLUE WIRES. THE ORANGE WIRES CONTROL THE HIGH SPEED CIRCUIT. DO THIS FOR EACH POSITION OF THE BLOWER SWITCH.

THE BROWN WIRE ON THE HVAC CONTROL CONNECTOR 1 POSITION B COMES FROM THE HVAC FUSE 20 AMP. NO POWER ON THAT WIRE WILL CAUSE THE BLOWER TO NOT FUNCTION ON THE LOWER SPEEDS.
