Question about Dymo LabelWriter Thermal Printer
Sounds like an incorrect print driver or a corupted print driver. The driver probably needs to be deleted and then reinstalled. Go to the control panel, and then to add / remove printers. first remove the print driver and then reinstall it. If your printer came with a disk you can use that but sometimes the driver will be updated to fix problems like this so it is best to check online and download the latest version.
