Sounds for me that the board doesnot get enough power in order to load or the power supply you bought has not enough voltage to load your board , check the power supply Amp.

Hai sir my ups suddenly switched off when power cut ,can i know what is the problem here?

Probably bad batteries depends how old the UPS is. Many battery stores can replace those batteries for you as well. Could be cheaper than buying a brand new one.

This power supply died! Is there any way for me to fix it without buying a new one? If I had the schematics, I could probably figure it out.

Look at the back of the power pack and note the power outage, ampage and polarity.

Do an Ebay search for PSU's and buy one with the same details. if the polarity is in reverse then cut the cable and reverse it. If your connector end is different then cut off yours and fit it to PSU.

Better of course to get a direct replacement.

I change the power supply but i have a little problem. The new one on the ATX power connector have only 19 pin then 20 old one plus extra 4 pin for something else. The new power supply in Rosewill...

The extra 4 pins on the power supply's atx connector is for new motherboards that require 24pin power supplies. If your motherboard has a 20pin port, then only connect the 20pin portion of your power supply connector.

If your power supply has a 24pin fixed connector that can't be split into a 20+4pin configuration, and your motherboard doesn't have space to let the extra 4pins on the side, then you might want to consider returning the power supply and change it for one that can be used as a 20 or 24pin. Otherwise you will need to cut the extra 4pins apart.

1992 model Rear Projection Pioneer power supply?

take the power supply board out and look for bad solder joints and resolder them. anything looks questionable just solder it. the power supply board cost`s 350 and up new. just dont bridge two solder joints that are not supposed to be. im in the process of fixing mine. mine will power up now that i did that but the ic`s are bad now so i have to replace them. they control the color convergance. you might have to do the same as well. get the stk392-180 instead of the inferior 110`s. hope this helps.

Computer cuts off

Simply replace the power supply with a working one to confirm power supply problem. If the power supply is the problem than ask your grandson to open the casing of the power supply unit and see if there are bulgy signs on the top of the capacitors, and replace them with the specific ones. This problems may arise because of defective components, it might be best to leave it to the technicians to do the repair. Hope it helps.

Power supply

Get a new external carrier, new external drive, or find a power supply that puts out the same voltage and at least the same current. If you cannot find a power supply with the same connector you can cut the cables on the new power supply and the old one and splice the connector from the old power supply on.

BTW please try to put some more specific information when asking about a problem. The more info the easier it is to solve.
