Page 327 on that manual will contain information on how to troubleshoot service errors. On page 115, it talks about adjusting parameters for better print quality.
Hope you may use the manual to troubleshoot your printing errors on your own.

Fortunately, although you appear to have a spanish language machine, the error codes are all the same- you have a problem with the CR (carriage return) motor- it's up inside at the far left and moves the printhead back and forth with a toothe belt- sometimes it's as easy as cleaning the clear plastic strip that the printhead passes over as it travels- the plastic strip is stationary and the printer has a groove around it - although you can't see anything on the strip, the printhead can and sometimes if gets dirty and fouls up the reading- if that isn't it it's time to buy the service manual or get a repairman-

The error codes indicates that the error is concerned with the movement of carriage.
It can be just because of paper jam,the carriage locking tab may be partially pushed in, causing the carriage locking mechanism to put a drag on the carriage or lock the carriage completely.
The carriage locking tab must be pulled all the way out .Look for any paper jams also.Look any hinderence in the carriage movement.

The error message "0001001D" that you're encountering is related to a carriage movement. In some cases like paper jams, the locking carriage tab may be partially pushed in that causing the carriage locking mechanism to put a drag on the carriage or lock the carriage completely. This often cause a carriage error. To resolve this problem, please follow the steps below.
1. Please make sure that the carriage locking tab is pulled to the left.
2. Now, turn the printer's power off and release the carriage by pushing down on the cutter blade.
3. Slide the carriage to the left and look for any paper that also may be restricting the carriage from moving freely.
4. The T-Fence may also be dirty or out of the carriage encoder. Check to make sure it is clean and in the center of the encoder.
