best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Make sure that your device is set as your default device by making sure that there is a green check mark next to the device. If not, right click and select "set as default device" (or something like that... I have vista and not win7)
If that does not work, right click on the headphones and go to "Properties" then go and under the "General" tab, change the name of the device to "Microphone HS" For some reason, Rosetta Stone does not recognize the headset unless it has the word "Microphone" in its name... Kinda stupid if you ask me. Hope that helps...

What you may need to do is to first remove the software.
Go under your control panel and located "Add/Remove Programs"
Find the software and do "Uninstall"
Once the uninstall process has run, then restart your computer.
Once your computer has restarted, prior to installation review the system requirements on the back of the box of the software or look for a link online. This will ensure that there isnt a memory requirement which your computer or processor is not meeting.
Once you have ensured that your computer meet the basic minimum requirements, then being installation again. If there is still issues, then I would ask for the another CD and also for technical help from their help desk or customer suport.
