You can generally get a free unlock code for your mobile handset by calling up your cell phone carrier and requesting one. In exchange they will need you phone's IMEI number which you can get by typing *#06# on your dial pad. Enter wrong pass for more then 5 tymes,it ll ask u to enter the puk number....now call ur customer care and get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for pass....thats it...problem is fixed
if u had locked ur mobile then update the formware all saved passwords ll be deleted....but take care that all datas n contacts ll be lost
