Question about Office Equipment & Supplies

Hello,

Doesn't any body do their homework anymore? How are they supposed to learn anything?

Draw your graphs by hand or on a graphing calculator.

Think about the intersection points. (What does that mean when two curves intersect?)

Use the equation for the demand to obtain D for a particular x.

You can also determine by how much one function exceeds another for a particular value of the x variable (the graph is rather clear).

I assume you can solve a quadratic equation.

Use these hints to solve the problem.

Here is a graph. I even restricted it to the first quadrant so as not to mislead you into giving meaningless answers.

.

Hope it helps.

take you sales for the last year and put it into a calculator, then press plus + and then 6 and then the per cent key %

Or

Take your sales from last year, multiply by 6 and then divide by 100. That is the amount you will increase. Add it to last years sales.

your truck is 9 years old and parts break after a while. If manufacturers made vehicles that lasted forever like they used to, parts sales, new vehicle sales, and repair sales in dealerships would be much lower than they used to be. The auto industry includes all the part sales both OEM replacement and aftermarket. The industry also provides jobs to millions of workers in the repair and parts portions. And the industry provides a need for small businesses that cater to the demand of car owners (consumers). So auto manufactures make cars that have parts that will fail in an effort to provide jobs to the millions of people who work in the auto industry. Your trucks repairs will contribute to someones children having a meal, clothes, or something else the children need, through the income it helps provide to someones pay check.

Definition

A mathematical statement used to evaluate a value. An equation can use any combination of mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, division, or multiplication. An equation can be already established due to the properties of numbers (2 + 2 = 4), or can be filled solely with variables which can be replaced with numerical values to get a resulting value. For example, the equation to calculate return on sales is: Net income ÷ Sales revenue = Return on Sales. When the values for net income and sales revenue are plugged into the equation, you are able to calculate the value of return on sales.

There are many types of mathematical equations.

1. Linear Equations y= mx + b (standard form of linear equation)

2. Quadratic Equations y= ax^2+bx+c

3. Exponential Equations y= ab^x

4. Cubic Equations y=ax^3+ bx^2+cx+d

5. Quartic Equations y= ax^4+ bx^3+ cx^2+ dx+ e

6. Equation of a circle (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2= r^2

7. Constant equation y= 9 (basically y has to equal a number for it to be a constant equation).

8. Proportional equations y=kx; y= k/x, etc.

According to a statement made by David Kibbey, President of Dugdale and Kibbey Consulting, Inc. (copyright owner of Green Globs & Graphing Equations):

"Sunburst's license to sell or distribute Green Globs & Graphing Equations expired July 13, 2010. The only version available now is our 2008 version at www.greenglobs.net, which runs on Mac OS X and Windows PC's (including Windows XP (and some earlier Windows versions), Windows Vista, and Windows 7)."

This appears to be the only (and probably last) "current" version of the software.

In short, no.

They only cost £32 brand new, and at that price there simply is no way that spares can be supplied and fitted for less than the cost of replacing them.

Your only hope is that they are still covered under the manufacturer's warranty or if you're in the UK you'll also have Sale of Goods Act protection, which states that goods must be of durable quality considering the price paid and the intended use. Although the Act gives you up to six years protection (five in Scotland) it will not in this instance offer you anything the Samsung one year warranty does not already provide as you simply can't expect a £32 pair of binoculars to last longer than a year. Many will last far longer, but anything over that first year is a bonus.

I hope that you have found my reply to be informative and that you are able to rate my answer.

These machines were manufactured by Fagor based in Spain who are not supplying parts for these models to Appliance Desk (Equator's after sales service provider ), however Fagor have their physical presence in America and they should be liable to provide parts for the same.
Since they do not want to sell parts to Appliance Desk they should be able to sell parts to the customers directly.
In case you would like to purchase parts from them their website address is www.fagoramerica.com
