Never respond to any email requesting id or passwords.

MSN/hotmail uses a spam filtering system. You may just need to check the spam/junk mail folder for the missing emails. Spam filters are not perfect and sometimes grab valid email.

If your outgoing messages are being blocked, someone may have reported you as a spammer. You will need to call Microsoft to get id unblocked.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do a delete an incoming mail which seems to be stuck and blocking rest of incoming mail

I suggest logging directly into the webmail interface through your browser. Most Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have a web based interface (much like Gmaile and Hotmail/MSN) where you can login (using your email address and account password) and access your email that way. You can simply review the messages in your Inbox and delete anything you do not want to download.

I cannot receive and send mails

If you cannot send and receive email , a lot of possible reasons for that.

chek wether your email already reach its max capacity for messages. Delete some messages and check if there is some difference.

Check your Internet connections if it is stable. You may never know you might have drop outs.

If you are using Outlook express or Microsoft outlook check your POP and SMTP settings. It should be configured with the settings of your ISP.

If the email is web based like yahoo, msn, hotmail etc. you may check if there is known issue with you email provider.

You may also check your antivirus it may block your email as well. You may need to check if your anti virus has its own firewall.

I want to block emails from my email sites. How do

Just put your email sites on to your Ignore list. Works for MSN n Hotmail, but I'm pretty sure the other programs have similar features. In GMail you can identify these sources as "spam" and filter it that way.
