What does this mean?
On a GE, F3 means that you have a shorted pad on the keypad.
This is not too hard a job for a do-it-yourselfer, but if you'd like, we do this job for $39.95 plus parts nationwide.

Error Code/Message - Oven - F3 Error Code - F3 E0
Control displaying F3 E0:
There may be a problem with the Oven Temperature Sensor, or the associated wiring.
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).
Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.
Verify oven operation.
Error code F3 on many models of
microwave oven means a problem with the touch panel, (tact switches).
Replace the switch panel to fix the
fault.
