Problem for HP Compaq nc6220 PC Notebook

I do not know whether it is virus.but all scans

i do not know whether it is virus.but all scans are negative.sometimes I canot type anything.only vowels of french letter type comes up..if i let idle for a while sure it will happen.I have to start and switch off several times before this works.

its a setting error reset your keyboard setting to factor it should fix it
