Question about Canon PIXMA MP620 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have changed the ink cartridges but the colour is not right. How can I fix this. I have run the cleaning program. There does not seem to be enough red in the print.
Check the ink wells are installed in correct order. Next, do a nozzle check (same place as the cleaning). This will have you print a pattern and ask you if it looks normal. If yes, you are good to go. If not, you may need to align the print heads. This can also be done in the same place as the print cleaning and nozzle check. Hopefully that will take care of the problem. Next step is print head replacment.
