How to remove inside right door panel?

In the area of the armrest and pull handle, there will be one or two (possibly more) small plugs that hide screws. Find those, carefully pry them out with something relatively soft so you do not damage them, then use a screwdriver to remove the Phillips head screws. Check the remainder of the panel for any other screws. One should be on the small panel behind the inside door handle. Pry that one out, remove the screw, then gently manipulate that small panel around the door handle to remove it. Now you have to pop loose multiple plastic push-in connectors around the perimeter of the door panel. Do this using a wide, flat pry tool. It is best to lightly pry at the bottom outside corner first, while holding a light so you can see the closest plug. Then pry directly beside that, so as to put minimal pressure on the panel backing. Gently pry until the first plug pops loose. From there, simply slide the tool each way slowly while gently tugging the panel outward, and when you get to each plug, pry until it pops. Move around the bottom, front and back until all plugs have popped loose. Now you should be ready to remove the panel, but be careful. There will be wires to the power window/door lock buttons, and you will have to lift up on the panel to 'pop' it out of the groove next to the window. Take your time, pull/push up to pop it loose by the window, then carefully look behind for wire connections. Each will have a small tab that has to be pried out gently before pulling the connector loose. Be sure to support the panel well while doing all this (a helper is very valuable here). One last word: Do NOT force anything. If something won't move, take the time to look around, using a flashlight and even one of those mirror on a flex neck thingies. If you break something, you may be cursed with a rattle for a very long time! Good luck!

How do you remove the back casing?

There are plastic tabs that hold the back in place in order to get the screws to align. Use a flat head screw driver or kithchen knife to pry the tabs apart and slip the cover off.

I took out the 3 screws that hold a round grey plastic platform in order to remove the bin that holds the whole beans and that you set the grind with. How do I put the bin back so I can adjust the grind?...

Hi bross123,

Doesn't seem like anyone wants to tackle this. I don't know much about these coffee makers, but thought I would at least find a customer service number for you. If you haven't got it figured out by now...

Here it is: Toll Free: (800) 459-5594

Hope that helps. If it does, I'd appreciate your vote. Thanks,

How to remove battery from norelco t 800 can not get to come apart after removing 1 screw on grip

Disassembling the Norelco T800 is quite easy -- once you know what to do!

* Remove the single small Philips screw that you can see near the power connector

* Twist (hard) the cutter depth ring past 9 and it will come loose.

* Now remove both the ring and the guide piece that it moves up and down

* Now pry off the cutter head (black piece of plastic)

* Now remove the metal clip that you find under the head -- press down on the two free ends and pry the other end of the clip loose.

* Now release two plastic tabs that we under the rotating ring.

* Now I just pried the two parts apart by inserting a small screwdriver and twisting. I'm not sure if there are any more tabs that can be released at this point.

* Now you can remove the circuit board (which is held in my a couple of plastic tabs).

Now you can replace the *single* NICD 600maH battery (AA size). The longest bit of this step was heating up the soldering iron!

Reassembly is the reverse.

Maytag refrigerator MSD2454GRW shelf removal

The above answer is only HALF right. The blue clips have to be removed to lift the shelf up and pull it toward you.

To remove the clips:
1. Get a screw driver or something to get behind the clip.
2. Slide it behind the clip and slowly pry it toward you.
3. Repeat for the clip on the other side.
4. Do the above; lift the shelf slightly and pull it toward yourself.

Admiral refrigerator -shelf removal

You just "pop out" the blue clips. Then pull the shelf out and relocate it to your desired position. Lastly, replace the blue clip to the top of the hole where you placed your shelf.

Hey all,
I was able to get installation instructions for the cross bars from http://www.capitolhyundai.com and from http://dealerfit.com.  Thanks much to these folks for providing a pdf of these instructions free of charge!
Below is the text from the instruction set that worked best for me.  The other instruction set was nearly identical but it had an alternate Step 2 which involved using a small plastic pry bar.  I added that alternate Step below in the instruction step.  Hopefully I'm able to insert the image of each instruction set so that the Figures are visible.  Its actually not that easy getting the rear rail covers off and its pretty easy to crack them.  I'd recommend gently rocking the covers for a couple minutes in order to loosen them up.  Once you get the covers off, the rest of the install is a breeze and can be done in 2 minutes.  If you have questions, go ahead and contact me.  I also took several photos of my install and that might be helpul.  Cheers!

SANTA FE 2008 PIN U8210-28000 Cross Bar Assembly Installation Procedures
Kit Contents: • (2) Cross Bar Assemblies Required Tools: • Flat Head Screwdriver
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully unscrew and remove radio antenna. 2. Grasp the rear rail covers with both hands. Squeeze and pull up & inwards (toward the center of the vehicle) to remove covers. Take care not to break off the tabs by lifting the rear section of the cover first (Figure 1). Be careful not to scratch, damage or dent any painted surfaces. DO NOT PRY AGAINST THE VEHICLE BODY, THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. 2. - Alternate Method - Locate notch in rear of each cover to insert plastic pry bar.  Remove cover by prying up (with tool) and lifting rear at 45 degree angle (Fig 1). Be careful not to scratch, damage or dent any painted surfaces. DO NOT PRY AGAINST THE VEHICLE BODY, THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. 3. Check assembly clips for damage and dislocation. Replace if necessary. 4. Open the lever on one side of front/rear cross bar. Gently set the cross bar, with the arrows facing forward, into the channel of the side rails (Figure 2). Guide both sides into the track. 5. To adjust cross bars, open lever and place cross bars in desired location. Close lever (Figure 3). Try to move bars forward/back until they lock into place. 6. Reinstall rear covers by holding cover at a 45 degree angle and inserting the front tab into the rear of the roof rack. After aligning, snap cover in place (Figure 4). Be sure that the rubber lip does not interfere with the covers, and that the covers are fully seated. 7. Reinstall the radio antenna. Note: To remove the cross bars, remove the antenna, remove the covers, open lever of cross bar and slide to end of rail. Hold down locking fingers (on both RH/LH rear rail supports) with a flat head screwdriver (Figure 5). This will allow removal of cross bars from the rails.

Dishwasher door latch

I just had this problem (or should I say, finally had the time to deal with it). Google searches revealed different ways to get the door open including repairmen with crowbars (causing replacement of the entire control assembly $$$), having to back out the top screws that hold the dishwasher in place (and to the top of the counter) with pliers, then moving the dishwasher out from the counter.

Nuts to all that.

First things first. Turn OFF the power to the dishwasher.

I wound up on my back first watching how the handle moved and which side seemed to be loose, in my case the right side was moving freely. After first trying to hold the handle in the "down" position with a springhook (to no avail) I wound up biasing the handle to the right (with a screwdriver inserted on the left side of the handle) while moving the handle in the "operate" direction. Suddenly (and without warning) the entire handle assembly moved to the right and created an opening that made it simple to stick a screwdriver up to operate the latch manually.

Four screws later the control panel was out, the offending broken handle assembly was in my hands to discover that they could have easily made the little tabs the hold the handle in place a whole lot sturdier, but let's not go there...

If I had to do the whole thing again it would have taken me less than 5 minutes to open it up I'm sure. Now to simply order the part and install it when it arrives. The best part is we can still run the dishwasher until it gets here!
