Question about Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18K Digital Camera
My Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ18 turns on but out of the blue all the buttons stopped functioning. I can't snap a picture, I can't zoom, I can't scroll the menu, nothing. All I can do is view the picture that comes up and turn the camera on and off. The wheel selector works too, if I manually turn it the options appear on the screen. Otherwise, the camera is non functioning. The battery is acting weird too....I think. I was taking pictures Tuesday night, no problem. Wed at like 3am I woke up to a beeping noise. The camera was somehow on, and it was showing a video that is on the internal memory. The memory card was out and in my computer. I didn't leave it on, and the camera turns itself off anyway so I have no idea what happened. I tried to shut it off, wouldn't turn off. I had to take the battery out to get it to stop beeping. I charged the battery the next day and brought it and my camera to my daughter's volleyball game, and found that half of the function of the camera is dead. Any ideas?
