Can't delete email or compose or reply

Im getting a virus in my mail browser (yahoo) It won't let me delete, compose or reply. I reloaded classic mail and it worked for a few mins. now corrupt again. I even bought the 19.99/year mail option thinking it would change and be more secure? Im still having touble. I need to keep this address cause Im in yellowpage ads with it.

My best suggestion is for you to forward all your mail from this account to another account (just create another yahoo account) and make sure spam filters are on the new account while you get yahoo to fix the problem. they will fix it since you have paid a subscription to it. the minimum they should do is forward ur mail for you.

ps don't forget to change the reply-to field to your email address.

Can not erace email


Hi,
Login yahoo mail and choose you email like inbox email, sent email, trash email, spam email..etc. Then open related email and you see email left side box icon making just select and delete or just email top more option like make simple box image, delete, move, spam..etc. So just box image click and select which email delete or if you are all email delete then click select all email one by one, or go to delete option and click it.
If not understand contact yhaoo email technician.

Can not read email


Sign out of Yahoo and clear your cache.
Since Yahoo! needs to access your cache to keep you logged in and to communicate with your computer when downloading attachments, a full cache can prevent Yahoo Mail from opening attachments correctly.

Go to your browser's "Tools" or "Internet Options" menu and then select the "Delete Temporary Internet files" command to delete your cache.

Reload the page.
lf you have had Yahoo Mail open for a long time, the page may have gone idle, and you may not be able to access your attachment.

Press the "Reload" (F5) button and then log back in to your account.
Ensure that the attachment is not corrupt.

If the sender did not finish uploading before they hit "Send" or there was an error during the upload, the file may be corrupted.

Ask the sender to re-attach the file and send it again.

Check the file format.

Some formats are proprietary and will not open unless specific programs are installed on your computer.

For instance, if you are sent an AAC file, you will not be able to open it unless iTunes is installed on your computer.

No toolbar cannot reply, forward compose and delete


Good Day!

Change your internet browser. Or switch to other brand.
The best way is to upgrade the version you are using.

After that, log in to yahoo mail and everything will be working again.

I'm signing in to yahoo mail and when i'm logged in my icons don't work,i can't compose new emails, can't reply to email in my inbox,can't view my contacts and i can't access options but i can see my email...


problem will be the browser compatibility with the new yahoo website. if you are able to select "Mail Classic" near to signout, the problem may be solved.

or

Please install another browser like mozilla firefox In mozilla website should work properly.

I am unable to log in to read my emails. When I click check mail all I get is a blank screen with a file that tries but fails to download to my desktop. When I delete this and again click check mail the...


In some cases the users are not able to read or see the incoming mail. In that case situation the user might receive the mail to spam folder or to the junk mail. So for that user can create filters for their incoming mail so just follow the step:
•Login to your mail account.
•Go to the "settings" of the folder
•Click on the option of "Filters" appears on the left side.
•Sort incoming emails in the respective folder.
•Provide the name of the filter.
•Choose the components for filters.
•Click on Save.

U can try out two...First try to open yahoo in a different browser..For example if ur using IE 7 0r 8...then try to open yahoo in mozilla or someother browser...If still the problem prevails then after signing in in yahoo switch to classic view...

alot of the times, just going into internet options and setting everything to default, and clearing the cookies and files works about 50% of the time.

This is possibly a yahoo issue. If you use yahoo thru ATT, you can call ATT for support and they will escalate any valid issues to yahoo for you.

ask for tech support at the prompt

they can remote on your computer to see if it is a java issue or whatever

if they can replicate it on their computer also, they will create a yahoo trouble ticket and give you thier member service number. Yahoo resolves 85% of these within 48 hrs.

If they cant replicate it, then they will consider it a pc issue and refer you to connect tech or to best buy's geek squad.

Personally, I would also try sending emails in safemode, If you can do it in safemode, and not in reg mode, it is definately PC related.

To get to safemode, turn your computer off and when you turn it back on, tap the F8 button until you get an advanced screen. Pick safemode with networking with the arrow keys. Log in, click yes when it tells you you're running in safemode, and then when your on your desktop, which will look alot differnt, black background with big icons, click on internet explorer and go to mail.yahoo.com and see if it works now, if it does, like i said, its pc related. If it still cant, call ATT's support if you have thier DSL or U-Verse

Composing and attaching files


Dear friend, At first you should find the source of problem, Yahoo server? Browser? or maybe your OS?!
To find that you should go step by step from low steps to high steps, I mean first check your browser, then OS and if they're good it belongs to Yahoo server.
So at first check by other browsers like IE, Safari, Firefox,Opera and.... Note: Empty cach before testing. If they couldn't help you, Re-install your default browser, or check the last or previous version of your browser.
The second way is to check your mail by other computers, use other computers (in coffee net or your friend's pc), check if it belongs to OS or no, check mail on other OS like WIN, MAC, LINUX If this could help you, it means that you should repair your OS, for example you should re-install it. Note: Check did you install any software that my conflict with your browser? if you install any new program, remove them temporary and check again.
I hope it fix.
NOTE: I suggest you check these ways on clasic mode of yahoo mail.
