First off I'm assuming you meant that you tried an unlocking program that you entered your imei into. The passcode it generated did not work correctly.

If this is correct then you need to make sure you put in the correct information into the program. Then use that passcode to unlock your phone. Make sure you enter it correctly. One little mistake will result in it not working.

Post back after you have tried this if you still need additional assistance. Really there are two options the one described above or you might contact your service provider and they may be able to guide you threw the process of getting it unlocked.

Usually the default security code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. But in the case that you changed it and forgot it you can take it back to the retailer and they should be able to flash it back to the default settings.
