If you simply want to put back some original drivers and / or software, follow htis link to download what you need.

You can restore the Vaio to it's original condition by using the recovery CDs that originally came with the PC. If you don't have them, you can order them from Sony for $17.95

My Sony VGC-RB34G is suddenly showing nothing on monitor except a sign "Check Signal Cable". I have cleaned and put back RAM tight. The fan works, I hear beeps when computer starts but no pic. I...

The computer should beep ONCE when starting-up.
More than one BEEP implies either that the video-card is not responding, or that it is not fully "seated" in its slot.

Try a different video-card in your desktop.

Hi! Is it possible to change videocard in a sony vgc-lt33ce all in one desktop computer?

not easily. the card is soldered onto the board. if it is malfunctioning you can reflow the board yourself or get a professional to do it. if you strip the board, it should be around $100-150 for the reflow.

Resetting computer back to factory settings

If you have the recovery disks, use these to make you computer like "new". "New" meaning the way it was when it was purchased - before updates, upgrades or any additional programs. It also means without your pictures/documents/music or email contacts.

Is there a rest button on the Sony VAIO VGC-RB50 PC Desktop?

Hello,

Do you mean Reset button?

Computers these days do not have Reset buttons. What you can do is hold the power button on for about 5 seconds and the computer will shut down. Press it again and the computer will boot up again.

If this is not what you mean, please explain futher.

Thanks for using Fixya.

From with in device manager right click on the driver and click uninstall and then without reboot try to install new one. make sure it is compatible with the OS ie. 64bit vs 32 bit. If it is vista 64bit good luck. :-)
