Question about XO Vision EM200VID MP3 Player
You need to restore this from Itunes. Plug in your Ipod to the main computer, from here it will give you two opitions. Chose restore, this will re-boot and remove all files and unlocks on the Ipod. Unfortunely you will lose all you're songs, however when you re-plug in you're Ipod you should be able to sync all you're songs back on the Ipod. :) Hope this helps.
