Question about Insignia 32" 720p Flat-Panel LCD HDTV
I have a 42" Panasonic hdtv. The heads of people are half off the screen. How can I fix this? All of the options on the remote do not fix this situation
You will have a button on the _original_ remote that says Format, Aspect Ratio, Zoom, Size or just AR. It will cycle through Normal, Stretch, Partial Zoom, Zoom, Gray Bar, or the like. You are not in Normal but in one of the Zooms. Stretch is used to make 4x3 movies fill a 16x9 screen, may not be desirable. Zoom is used to fill the 16x9 screen with movies that have been letter boxed. Gray Bar fills the sides of a 4x3 picture on a 16x9 set with gray to "avoid" burn in. Use normal except zoom on LB. -Ken
