Question about Canon iRC3100 Printer
This error is mainly due to the following reasons:
The fixing motor has faulty rotation.
• The main motor (M2) may be faulty.
• The DC controller PCB may be faulty.
• The image processor PCB may be faulty.
This error is idicating that the fuser motor is not turning. Rotate the green fuser knob to see if it is hard to turn. If freely turning then a gear, motor, or DC Controller board is bad. If hard to turn then try to find what is keeping it from turning. The motor Assy is behind the cover right next to the fuser knob.
check composite power supply, main motor and dc control
This error cannot be resetted, you should change the worn component
