If you have a disposal make sure it is clear. You can put some icecubes in it to clean the blades and run some water through to make sure the drain is clear. If the dishwasher will still not pump out all the water check the drain line from the dishwasher to the sink drain for obstructions. If the drain is you will have to check the pump for obstructions. Sometimes glass, popcorn, toothpicks etc.... can get in the pump and prevent it from pumping out. If the pump is clear, then you will need a new pump. Good luck to you.

SOURCE: Dishwasher will not drain
Here is a link with exploded views and parts lists for your dishwasher for reference however based on your description, have you made sure you don't a blockage in the check valve? That's part of the pump drain assembly. http://www.pcappliancerepair.com/model-display.php
You may also have a problem with the pump itself so the documentation on the website will help you evaluate that.
In many instances, its just a blockage of food byproducts inline with the drain system so chances are thats what you will find.. Good Luck on that.

Ok, I assume you are the one from earlier. There are only two other reasons for this to happen, ok three but one should be clear. The sink is backed up or backs up as the dish washer drains. I doubt this is it as you already cleaned the hose. The other reasons could be the drain solenoid is not working or the drain pump itself. Other than that it would be the timer, but again that is highly unlikely. The reason you are not flooding is there is a float switch inside the dishwasher that lets it know how much water is in the tub. You can "jiggle" it (the float) and see if that helps.

This issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.
