the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: I have a microsoft mouse 1007 and it doesnt work

Hi there, i gues the issue is with drivers.

to resolve :
Click on start >> go to control panel >> double click on system >> go to hardware tab >> clik on device manager >> under mice and other pointing devices you'll see microsoft mouse 1007. right click on it and click uninstall. then restart your computer. Your computer should automatically re-install the drivers, if not than use the disc which came with the mouse.

SOURCE: mouse model 1007 does not

Remove the battery and put it back again

Try plugging the receiver in a new USB port and install the drivers again. If it is already installed, make sure the Mouse is being detected by viewing it in Device manager.

After following the above steps, you can press the connect button to sync up with the receiver.

The issue can most probably be related to corrupted/hang drivers so you can try restarting the computer and changing USB slot for receiver.

We have a 1027 wireless microsoft keyboard and a mouse

Go into your Control Panel, and select the icons (seperatly ofcourse) for your mouse and keyboard and make sure they are in the list for each and are activated. Also, uninstall the drivers for them, and re-install them with the disc provided that came with them. I hope this works for you. Also, after uninstalling the drivers and software, restart the computer, then insert the disc and run setup.

Mouse Has Quit Working All Together. Help!!

I had the same problem with my Microsoft Intellimouse 1007 (Explorer 2.0) Tried various solutions (reinstall/update drivers). In the end I went into the board bios and found that enabling the motherboards 'USB mouse' controller and 'USB keyboard' controller solved the problem. Hope this helps.
