Give it to me ! ...just kidding. I assume you have a cartridge in it and the cartridge is jammed in the cahmber. This can be a dangerous situation and I recommend you take it to a good gunsmith. If you are SURE that it is empty you can put a 1/4 " wooden dowel rod down the barrel and tap it on the boltface while having someone try to move the lever at the same time. Hope this is of some help.

    How to bleed the brakes

The CBRs are easy to bleed, the bleeder looks like a grease nipple on the brake assembly, ususally has a rubber cap fitted, use a ring spanner and open it.
Close it again, insure the master cylinder is full of good quality brake fluid, then pump the brake lever and continue till you start to feel some pressure build up, hold the lever with the presure on and open the bleeder, you should get some air and oil.
Do not let the lever go until you close the bleed valve, repeat this action as required till you have good brake action.
This action applies to both front and back brakes, the big advantage with a bike is you can reach the lever and the bleed valve and usually do not need an extra person
